About Arche

What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with ambitious businesses ready to scale — from local service businesses generating their first $1M to ecommerce brands pushing past category leaders to global B2B companies optimizing 7-figure media budgets. Our sweet spot is businesses spending $5k–$50k/month on paid media, but we also do project work outside that range.

Are you Melbourne-based only, or do you work with international clients?

We're headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with team members across multiple timezones. We currently serve clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore, and North America.

How is Arche different from other agencies?

Three things: (1) every engagement is led by a senior specialist with 8+ years of in-platform experience — no junior account managers learning on your account; (2) we don't lock you into long contracts — month-to-month only; and (3) you own all your data and accounts, always. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No catch, no obligation, no sales pitch designed to feel like a free audit. We offer 4 audits per month at no cost to qualified businesses because (a) it's the best way for us to demonstrate our work, and (b) it's a fair value exchange — you give us a few minutes of access, we give you a $1,500 strategy session.

What does "qualified" mean?

Honestly, we just check that the audit will be useful for you. We focus on businesses currently running paid ads or planning to within 90 days. If your spend is tiny or you have no plans to scale, we'll politely point you toward better-fit resources rather than waste both our time.

How long does the audit take?

Roughly 60 minutes of live audit + strategy session, then we deliver a written report within 3 business days. Total turnaround is typically under a week.

What happens after the audit?

You walk away with three specific things you can fix today, regardless of whether you ever work with us. About 30% of audit recipients become clients. The other 70% implement the fixes themselves or hand them to their existing team. That's fine with us — we're not running a high-pressure sales operation.

Pricing & engagement

How much does Arche cost?

It depends on the engagement type. Full-service retainers start at $4,500/month. Project work (audits, account rebuilds, analytics setup, website builds) is quoted per project. Embedded specialist work is quoted by day-rate. We'll always quote you transparently after the audit — no mystery pricing.

Do you work on commission or percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge fixed monthly retainers or fixed project fees. Commission-based pricing creates perverse incentives — agencies are incentivized to recommend higher spend even when it doesn't make business sense. We optimize for your ROAS, not our revenue.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. Every engagement is month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients in. If we're delivering value, you'll stay. If we're not, you should leave.

Do you offer payment plans?

For project work, yes — typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For retainers, monthly billing only.

How we work

Who will I actually work with?

The senior specialist you meet during the audit. We don't have client services teams or junior account managers. The person pitching you is the person executing your campaigns.

How often will we communicate?

Standard cadence: weekly 30-minute check-ins, real-time access to dashboards, and a senior specialist on Slack/email for ad-hoc questions. We can adjust based on what you actually need.

Do you require access to my ad accounts?

Yes — we'll need admin access to whatever platforms we're managing. But the accounts stay yours. You're always the owner. If we ever part ways, your admin access remains intact and we revoke ours.

What platforms do you work with?

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, DV360, The Trade Desk, plus analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio) and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and more).

Can you work alongside my existing in-house team?

Absolutely. Our "embedded specialist" model is designed exactly for this. We can also augment your team on specific channels (e.g. handle paid social while you run paid search internally).

Getting started

How quickly can you start?

Typically within 2 weeks of signing. We need access to your ad accounts, analytics, and CRM, plus a kickoff session to understand your business. Then we're running.

What if I don't have any paid ads running yet?

That's fine — we work with businesses launching their first campaigns too. The audit format adjusts; instead of auditing live accounts, we'll audit your business and recommend a launch strategy.
