How pricing works.

Google Ads management is offered as a monthly retainer starting from $4,500/month + GST, calibrated to account size, complexity, and the number of platforms in scope. Ad spend is billed separately, direct to Google.

We don't charge a percentage of ad spend. Commission-based pricing creates the exact incentive distortion you want to avoid in a Google Ads partner — agencies make more when you spend more, regardless of whether that spend is working.

Our minimum engagement is 90 days, then month-to-month thereafter. No annual lock-ins, no termination fees. If we're not delivering, leaving should be easy.

What's the minimum ad spend you'll work with?+

We typically engage with accounts spending $10,000+ per month on Google Ads. Below that, the maths of a senior-led engagement doesn't make sense for either party — there isn't enough budget at risk to justify our retainer. We'll happily refer you to specialists better suited to that spend level.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?+

No. Our pricing is a flat monthly retainer based on scope, not your media budget. Commission-based pricing creates a misaligned incentive: agencies earn more when you spend more, even if the additional spend is performing worse. We'd rather be paid for the work, not the spend volume.

How long until I see results from your Google Ads management?+

The first 30 days are typically diagnostic and structural — fixing conversion tracking, restructuring accounts, deploying audience signals. Performance shifts usually appear in weeks 4-8 once Google's smart bidding has enough conversion data to recalibrate. Compounding gains keep building through months 3-6 as we layer in remarketing, YouTube, and attribution improvements.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?+

Yes — and most of our engagements start this way. You retain ownership of the account and Google Ads MCC linkage gives us management access without you handing over login credentials. We never take ownership of client accounts, which means if you ever leave us, you walk away with all your historical data, audiences, and campaign infrastructure intact.

What's the difference between Google Ads and SEO — should I be doing both?+

Google Ads buys you visibility immediately at a known cost per click. SEO earns visibility over 6-12 months at a higher upfront investment but lower long-term variable cost. For most businesses scaling past $50k/month in revenue, the answer is both — they reinforce each other. Ads create demand awareness that converts to branded SEO traffic. SEO content gets remarketed to via paid. We offer both as integrated services.

Do you manage Microsoft Ads (Bing) as well?+

Yes, and we recommend it for most accounts spending over $20k/month on Google Ads. Microsoft Ads typically delivers 20-30% lower CPCs on the same search intent, particularly in B2B and over-45 demographic segments. How is reporting handled?+
